"The night before Christmas box" is a tradition I started for my kids a few years ago, and they love it and ask for it every year. I make them a box with lots of goodies they can enjoy on the night the kids are the most impatient. They cannot wait for their Christmas presents, the food and the magic, so this is a pre-gift they look forward to, and will keep them occupied. Here are some of the things I put in the box:
- A Christmas movie - or two.
- Popcorn
- Christmas pyjamas
- Hot chocolate on a stick
- Candy
- Twas the night before Christmas book
- A Christmas mug
- Headgear like antlers, an elf hat or something cheerful
- Christmas in a can
- Christmas sleeping masks
