Baking before Christmas is a must for me and the kids. The house smells so wonderful, from all the spices. I must confess we buy the dough ready made though. In December we have decided to do only the things that we like to do - not the things we feel we must do. We invite friends over and have a huge baking session with Christmas music and mulled wine.
